Access your oxio client area

To log in to your oxio client area, go to oxio's official website (oxio.ca) and click on 'My Account' in the top-right corner. Enter the email address associated with your account and your password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on 'Forgot password' on the login page.

When you sign up for oxio, you'll receive a welcome email containing a link to activate your client account. You can then set your password and access your client area. If you haven't signed up yet, you can register using referral code TRYOXIO to get a free month on your subscription.

Once logged into your client area, go to the 'Payment' or 'Billing' section. There, you can update your credit card or bank account information, change your preferred payment method, and review your upcoming due dates. oxio typically offers payment by credit card or automatic withdrawal.

In your client area, look for the 'Support' or 'Help' section. You'll find options to contact customer service via chat, email, or by opening a ticket. oxio prioritizes online support through these channels rather than by phone, allowing for more efficient assistance and precise tracking of your requests.

oxio offers unlimited internet plans, so you don't have to worry about your data consumption. However, you can still check your connection statistics in the 'My Plan' or 'Usage' section of your client area. You'll find information about your connection quality and can perform speed tests.

In your client area, you'll find your personal referral code in the 'Referral' or 'Refer a Friend' section. Share this code with your friends and family. When they sign up using your referral code, you'll both receive a free month of service. There's no limit to the number of people you can refer, meaning you can potentially get multiple free months!
